Website and rental terms

This website provides information about OC Tool Rentals equipment, pricing, and availability in Orange County, California. Website listings are invitations to request a rental and do not guarantee availability or create a confirmed reservation.

A rental is confirmed only after OC Tool Rentals approves the dates, provides the applicable terms, and receives the required reservation deposit. The standard $50 reservation deposit is applied toward the final rental payment. The remaining balance is due at pickup unless the written confirmation says otherwise.

Before equipment leaves, the renter must provide valid government-issued photo ID, sign the rental agreement, make required payment, and complete Square card authorization/card-on-file protection. Authorized charges may include approved extensions, late fees, missing items, cleaning beyond ordinary use, and documented damage, as described in the signed rental agreement.

The renter is responsible for choosing suitable equipment; transporting, securing, setting up, and operating it safely; following manufacturer instructions and applicable law; preventing unauthorized use; and returning all equipment and accessories by the agreed time and in the required condition. Stop using equipment and contact OC Tool Rentals immediately if it appears damaged, defective, or unsafe.

Prices and availability may change before a reservation is confirmed. The price shown in the written confirmation controls for the confirmed rental. Diamond tooling, blades, fuel, wear items, consumables, delivery, cleaning, and damage are included only when specifically stated.

These website terms supplement the signed rental agreement. The signed rental agreement and written reservation confirmation control for each rental if there is any conflict. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
